Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
Your privacy is foundational to the work we do. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be read—not to be hidden behind.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us when you book a consultation or begin a program. We also collect limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide coaching and support, to communicate with you, and to operate and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. We never share the details of your coaching relationship without your explicit consent, except where required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Confidentiality
Conversations within your coaching relationship are treated as confidential. Access to your information is limited to those who need it to support you. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can opt out of non-essential communications whenever you like. To make a request, contact us using the email below.
A note on care
Halfway There provides coaching and peer support and is not a medical or emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.
