Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Halfway There website and services. By using our site or working with us, you agree to them. We have kept them as clear and fair as we can.
The nature of our services
Halfway There provides sober coaching, accountability, and peer support. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for treatment by a licensed professional. We will always encourage you to seek appropriate medical or mental-health care when it is needed.
No emergency services
Our services are not designed for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number immediately.
Your commitment
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and to engage honestly in the coaching relationship. The progress you make depends on your participation; we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Scheduling and programs
Program details, session frequency, and scheduling are described during your consultation and may be tailored to your needs. Specific pricing and program terms will be confirmed with you directly before you begin.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
